I had an appointment for a duct inspection with their camera technician on Tuesday, September 2nd at 8am.  My client and I arrived early.  At 8:00 I called just to confirm as to what time we could expect the technician.  I was given a bunch of excuses including he was busy all weekend because people did not have air.  Not sure what that had to do with my appointment. Then I was told that the technician just walked in to their office.  I asked her why she didn't call me to let me know that something had changed to which she had no reply.  I told her that we (my client and I) were at the house and waiting.  Nobody came so I went to their office to talk to the owners who were in a meeting.  So, some man began to talk to me and he was rude and arrogant and I quote, he said, "You don't tell us what to do."  Really, how about a courtesy call to a customer that has used you in the past for their own personal residence as well as investment properties?  Instead of excuses, how about an apology.  And this doesn't make since at all, he finally told me the reason the technician could not come was because his mother died over the weekend and he is currently out on a call?  Are you kidding me?  His mother died and he's at work?  This makes no sense.  I will never use them again nor would I recommend their services to any realtor, especially if you are needing inspections.

They didn't get an F because they showed up quick. They won't get any more of my business because they are going to collect that $30 retail for the part from Carrier as well. I get the 89.00 service call. They have to earn a living. I don't like being cheated.

We purchased our house in the summer of 2012 and quickly found out the AC was not adequate for the home.  I called and Robert came out to provide an estimate.  He was very professional and right sized the unit for our home.   I had two other quotes between $2000-5000 higher.  The higher being a system a very large unit which Robert said he thought was overkill for our size home.  Well, we schedule an appointment and being summer it did take a few weeks as I expected and their timetable was actually sooner than the other two quotes.  
The installers were very professional and fast.  They had planned on installing an additional vent in one of the kids bedroom but due to the house structure they couldn't get it in so they had to do some additional work to make it all work including additional materials.  Even with those changes they honored their price and said it was their error.  I was really pleased with the entire job and price.  I would highly recommend this company!

My A/C was not working. I called Randall's in the morning, and the tech came out in the afternoon. He was able to diagnosis the problem quickly, and replaced the fuse in my outdoor unit. He also checked the operating pressures,the air filters and answered all of my questions.

Randalls Temp Control does good work. Once he found the problem, he got it fixed. I would hire him again. I even recommended him to my son. The air conditioner works fine now.
