I got them of on Angie's List. Their staff there was nice. They didn't fixed my car for some reason. The price is kind of high.

I have a 2006 Pontiac G6 4D GT. I was a having problems with the electric assisted power steering. The message center would display a and quot;POWER STEERINGand quot; warning, so I took it to RW Automotive. They performed a diagnostic check and determined the problem was covered under an extended warranty (Recall) by GMC. They recommended I take it to them for the repair since it would be covered 100% (RW Automotive could have easily just replaced the steering column and charged me without mentioning the fact it was covered by GMC).
I took the car to GMC dealership for the repair. They performed their checks and determine that the repair would be covered under the extended warranty plan. The repair GMC made didn't even last a day before the warning message returned. I took the car back to the dealership and now they say the power steering pump is bad. I was confused that the dealership didn't discover the pump was a problem after replacing the steering column. I guess it may be possible the pump just happen to go bad too after their repair.
Because RW Automotive was honest with their diagnostic report, I decided to have them repair the steering pump problem instead of the dealership. The vehicle was repaired and ready as promised. The techincians are knowledge and professional. They also make sure they answer all of your concerns/questions. It's a great deal when a repair facility and match or exceed the dealership performance for a cheaper price. When possible, I like to support our neighborhood businesses.

They are always professional and do a good job. They leave the vehicles clean. They also call before they do the work and they are very upfront about costs. They also provide estimates.

I have used these guys every time I have something major go wrong on my car for quite a wile. You wont find to many people with there work ethic and honesty.

I have used this company quite a bit and have never had any problems with them. The price you pay for the work they perform is good. The owner has a good personality. He is honest and to the point.

Sometimes it takes awhile to get in there because it's busy, but I've always gotten good service there. They have never sold me a service I didnt' need.
