Great. I took my tower to them with a new SATA drive, and they replaced it.

After getting home with my iPad I was cleaning the screen and noticed some fingerprints weren't coming off and I realized it was because the prints were on the inside part of the screen. So I took the iPad back a couple days later when they first opened at 10 am. They said it would be done later that same day. A called about 3:30 pm and they had not yet started on it. I called again about 5:30 and they still had not started on it. They close at 7pm so I became concerned they wouldn't have it ready that day. I explained to them over the phone that I was disappointed in their service. They said they would start on the repair immediately and that I could pick it up in an hour. (a 4-5 hour job, yeah right). I went to their store to pick up my iPad and before leaving with it I inspected it. It still had fingerprints under the screen!! The guy who waited on me was nice but after he brought it back out this second time I inspected it again and though it was better it still had a couple of fingerprints on it! Amazing!! So he took it back and brought it to me and this time it was finally clean.
These folks this store seem nice, but I was less than impressed with the customer service provided. First they said this was a 4-5 hour job to replace an iPad screen. But they repeatedly had to remove, clean and replace the screen and did this in just a few minutes while I waited on the second visit. Secondly, I should not have had to bring this back a second, third, and fourth time to show them there were still fingerprints on the underside of the screen. Don't they wear gloves when they do this work, maybe they should, or they should at least make sure the screen is cleaned properly before returning it to the customer.

They were excellent. They had excellent customer service. They were prompt at letting me know that the computers were ready. If you have questions, they get the technician out to answer your questions.
