Quality Painting & Drywall

Terrible job! Painters used were probably recovering alcoholics, they were very sloppy in their work. I still have paints on my carpet. They washed their buckets and brushes in the front yard and left a residue all over the yard. We had noticed that they had pulled the refrigerator out and put dents in one side of the refrigerator. Last night, we noticed that the instrument panel on the washer and dryer both were cracked. I want the washer, dryer and refrigerator replaced and then I would appreciate the front yard being cleaned up. He had promised to bring a power washer in for the garage and driveway and he did not do that. He was very unconcerned about the quality of work the people did. He was in a hurry to get out and get his money. They broke two ceiling fans and a door bell and I deducted the costs of those for his final payment.

What stood out the most with their service is their professionalism. They have a good price.

I bought a house that was poorly maintained, but got a great deal on it because of this. The lender required some work to be done prior to loan approval and I had to pay for it. Jesus was recommended by my loan officer.
I just wanted the minimum done to appease the underwriter. I told him I only wanted the drywall replaced in the garage since I planned on redoing the entire garage and insulating it, so I would be ripping the drywall out after move-in. I did want the patched hole painted and textured though.
We agreed on a price of $700. I was extremely surprised when I reviewed the work. He went ahead and painted/textured the ceiling in the garage and the texture and paint match on both repairs were perfect. Since he did such an excellent job and did more than we agreed upon I went ahead and gave him $800.
I have also called him on many occasions for odd work and repairs needed around the house. He has come over to talk with me about stuff and give suggestions on things to do with my fixer upper. I thought he was a general contractor for the longest time because he helped me with just about everything. Then I found out later he was just calling people he knew. He gave me referrals for tree trimming and roof repair.
I would highly recommend him, and I will be using him again. I have a lot of drywall that needs to be replaced after I fix everything else.

I wasn't all that happy. I have some cracks in the ceiling that were not taken care of. We have some cracks in the ceiling that weren't covered. The cleanup was not good at all. It was not good.

He gave me an estimate and itemized every detail so the bill would be very clear. He and his staff started the work as scheduled. Each person was very courteous and respectful of me and my home. The indoor painting was very neat and clean. The carpets were covered very well and all trim was done with precision. The work was finished in the projected time. The cost was exactly as estimated with no surprises. The transaction was handled very professionally. Several months later we needed some and quot;fix upand quot; projects done to put our home on the market. Outdoor painting, caulking,dry wall repair, seam on garage ceiling was repaired and painting and many odds and ends projects were done. Once again Mr.Padilla and his staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and on time. Our family came to enjoy his presence and we engaged in many conversations. We ended our experience with Mr. Padilla with a sit down meal where we got to learn more about him, his family, and work. I highly recommend Mr.Padilla for any home projects you need. You will be very satisfied,treated fairly on cost, and you and your home will be respected.
