very poor windows and they don't stand behind them .

I moved into our new home in December 2007. Soon after moving in several windows proved to leak water and air. A representative from Public Supply was sent out and stated it was because we did not have the windows shut properly. He said "It is very difficult to shut these windows." The windows were properly shut by the company representative. The next storm brought more wind and water into our home. The company was called and Scott the manager came out to look at the windows. He mentioned the builder had not sealed the windows. The builder then sealed after the call. The next rain shower the windows continued to leak. Public supply then sent out a representative to drill the drain holes in the windows even larger as the water could not escape and was running in the house. The next windy day proved that they had not repaired the whistling noise. After calling Public Supply back they stated they knew this was a problem with all their windows and they were working with a wind tunnel experiment to make a device to stop the whistling. Two months later they returned to our home only after I called to again request the windows to be repaired. They installed a new device under the window seals. The night they left, the wind again whistled through our windows. My one year warranty of my new home ends in December. I do not anticipate getting my issue resolved by Public Supply prior to the warranty running out. I would never recommend someone buying windows or doors from Public Supply.
