This experience was top notch!!  From the beginning Nick was completely organized and able to provide us quick responses to any of our questions.  All of the appropriate paperwork was given to us and he provided several ways for us to get it back to him which made it really easy for us.  Nick provided timelines along the way which were all met.  He was very friendly to speak to on the phone and always made himself accessible to us (no punching through a "call tree" trying to get to the right person) by email or by phone.  Through my industry I've dealt with a multitude of lenders.  Nick is simply the best out there.  If you are looking for great rates, extremely professional service, and honest communication, this is where you need to go.  I highly recommend Nick to anyone seeking to get a mortgage or refinance!
