PROFESSIONAL POWER EQUIPMENT

Had riding lawn mover picked up on 5-7-12 for repair. Called several times a week to check on the progress. After having the mower for 6 and 1/2 weeks they called and said we would need a very expensive part. It would take several weeks to get the part and then no telling how long to actually get the repair made. They could have told us that when the mower was brought in instead of waiting 6 and 1/2 weeks. Had the mower returned and have it wired together so it can be used until a customer conscience repair shop can be located. Have been mowing the immediate yard area with a push mower. Having almost 10 acres to mow this was a great hardship for a 71 year old with a very bad knee. The money spent was for the mower to be picked up and returned with absolutely nothing else done to it. Not sure about the qualtiy of work this company actually does because nothing was done to the mower. They seem to have a very bad scheduling problem and need a professional scheduler to get the jobs done in a more professioinal and customer friendly manner. Would never recommend this company to anyone that wants any type of repair service done.
