They never offered to fix our sewer problem we are stuck with the same sewer problem as we had before they came.
We just lost $835.00. We are elderly and live on SS alone.

Shortly after the repairman left, I checked the lavatory and the popup assembly fell apart under the sink. The lavatory drain was still leaking and backing up into the tub. On the second trip to repair the lavatory popup and clear the drain, the repairman broke the toilet in the master bath when he ran the snake into it.
