PRIME REALTY

On a number of occasions I felt that I was talked down to by the realtor.  At one point they left town for a week to go on vacation and left me no other point of contact for working on our house after we requested someone several times.  When they did decide to tell me they were leaving town they waited until the last minute to say anything, leaving me no choice in the matter.  A number of my reqeusts for support were not responded to requiring me to do my own coordination.  Towards the end, my requests for scheduling were ignored and done to their needs instead, requiring me to do last minute coordination on my own once again at a very crucial juncture.  Afterwards they posted a number of spiteful things on Facebook that I felt were directed at me.  While they did not identify specifically who they were talking about I felt it was very unprofessional.  What should have been a joyous and happy day was turned to a day full of anxiety and stress.
