Priebe's Auto Clinic & Tire Center of OKC

I don't remember the cost because it was her car so I don't recall. They went out online and scoured the area because they had to replace the main computer in the car. They scoured the area for a used one and found one so they kept the cost down by not having to get a new one. They explained all the things they had to do, what they found, how they found it, what they done to fix it, and any problem that might come up in the future.

They worked on my daughter's car as well. If you want to rate them, just give them straight A's. They're very reasonable on cost. Not only would I use them again, that's my mechanic. They're the best. That's the only people I go to. That's who my daughter goes to too. They gave me a complete run down of everything they had to do to it, everything they found, what they had to do to fix it, and they also did a little bit more than that. They did a brake inspection while they were at it and rotated the tires. So they said they brakes were fine, the tires were rotated and the door now opens and closes and they explained any issues there were and what they did to correct the and were good to go.

I've been using them for years.

They are always professional, do what they say, do not make any promises they can not keep and it will not always be cheap.

John and the crew were very helpful. The shop can handle most things in house which is very nice. There was some attempt at up selling which is to be expected, but they did not push - nice!

#1 they have a shuttle service. #2 Steve really listened to all I had to say. #3 the tech rode in the car with me to understand better what my issues were. #4 In and out the same day. I have NEVER had such an HONEST, STRAIGHT TALK and THOROUGH experience with an auto repair shop! and I've been driving for 45 years. Hands down, this place ROCKS! I'll be back and I'll continue to refer to them.

They are wonderful! I've used them many times and they are prefect. Fair pricing, work done well. I'll never go anywhere else.

It went pretty well, I use them for my car maintenance and I had my car towed in and they drove me both ways. They are people we trust.

I’ve been going there for 3 or 4 years. They are upfront with their costs. They take you back. If there is something wrong, they would still fix it just about what you’ve been wanting. They will take care of it and you can talk to them on the phone about it. I take my wife’s car there too. She has a different car. They are exceptional. They are really good. I probably would recommend them. They check my vehicle for years. They do all the maintenance. I would tell everyone that you could trust them. They are very reasonable on their price. They are not cheap. Usually, the vehicle is in and out in one day. They have excellent service in all areas. Their service is above and beyond compared to other places I’ve been. They can diagnose fast and fix it.

My escalade dies in the middle of rush hour on a Friday evening. My former auto garage had closed, and I had no idea where to have my vehicle towed. After searching Angie's List in Saturday morning, I found Preibe's Auto Clinic was only 2 miles away. I emailed them Saturday because they were closed for the weekend, and within 10 minutes had a response from the owner. He scheduled an appointment for my vehicle early Monday morning. I had the escalade towed in and 8:00am, and by 10:00am Steve from Preibe's called and had my results. Besides needing a full oil service (6 months over due), my battery was dead, and so was my fuel pump. Steve managed to cover a new battery under warranty, they serviced the escalade, and replaced the fuel pump...all complete by 4:00pm that same day. Priebe's has me as a customer forever! Oh, and I got new wiper blades, full print out and explanation of the work that was done, and an estimate on some other things I may want to consider in the future for my vehicle. A+ all the way around.

They were very upfront with what was needed to be done and how much it would cost. Liked their online registration . Will use them again and will recommend them to others.

I've been using them for about 2 years. IT went very well. The mechanics there are really good.

I recently had my oil changed and my car serviced at Priebe's. My oil change costs a little more because my car requires a special kind of oil but Priebe's was much less than I usually have to pay. Priebe's was ready for me when I got there, their staff was dressed very professionally, their waiting room was spotless and their work bay was clean. I liked the fact that there is a window so that I could see exactly what the technician was doing to my car. Everything was done in 45 minutes. They have a service that will take you home or to work if they need to keep your car but I chose to wait. They did not recommend any "extra" services to jack up the price as other places have done. I just loved the service, the friendly staff and the price. I recommend them highly.

Diagnostics cost $150, and their estimate to replace the problem fuel pump was $1050. I called the local Volvo dealer and they could replace the pump cheaper, plus throw in a free loaner car. The staff at Priebe's seemed nice and the shop was very clean, but if they cost more than the Volvo dealer to repair a problem, they charge too much. The Volvo dealer performed the repair for $200 less and provided a free loaner car.

They were professional, polite, helpful and exactly on their estimate. This is how service should be--I recommend this auto repair firm to anyone who wants the job done right the FIRST time!

I had had new halogen lights installed on my car by another shop and then found that they didn't have the equipment to align them. This shop of Priebe's is amazing. They are nice, knowledgeable and fair. The cost listed is for the realignment only and was a very fair price. The cost of the lights themselves was $120. I won't be using any other shop for my vehicles from now on.
