Phillips Appliance Service

At first the customer service was good, had a bad fan motor on my LG refrigerator and he came out quickly to diagnose and ordered a part for replacement. This was Dec 2, he got the part in and came back to replace it on Dec 4 and we paid 231.25. On Dec 13 we had the same error message come back on and it was intermittent I told him I would watch it and let him know if it stayed on. On Dec 23 it was on full time. He told me he would come and take a look at it on Dec 24th but never showed and on Dec 27 he texted saying he was unable to come because family was in town. I said I understood and asked if the part was under warranty and he said yes. On Dec 30th He said he had the part on order for me and I never heard from him again. I had to end up calling someone else and paying another 200.00+ to get another new fan. The new repair man stated he did not think the part Phillips used was an LG part and that was the issue. I am very disappointed in his service, I do not recommend you hire him.
