This is a small company but very trustworthy, reliable, and careful. I like supporting local people if they are reliable. They were 2 minutes early. They were recommended by my realtor friend who uses them frequently. I can see why. A cola had been spilled by someone in 1 bedroom and even though I cleaned it, the stain had bled through again. I thought I would have to put new carpet. He knew exactly what to do and had the product to take care of it. When he left every room looked spotless and now 2 weeks later the stains are still gone and have not bled through again. He also took a quick look at our duct work and recommended we have someone clean that. I had not thought to do that. I would recommend Pennington at anytime. They are good!
