I had an appointment and Penn Glass replaced windshield with 45 minutes

My daughter needed a new windshield, so after seeing the good reviews on Angie's List, I called. The woman who answered had a quote to me quickly, then encouraged my daughter to set up an appointment. She decided to wait on the repair, and did not have to wait any longer than promised. Since then, the car has been to Florida and back, with no problems!

I called Shannon and he told me on my model, a bad windshield seal is probably not the problem. Instead, he took the time over the phone to talk me through cleaning out gunk underneath the cowl screen below the windshield, which he said was a more likely source to the problem. He didn't get paid a dime; just wanted to help me fix the problem. More business owners should be like this!

I already know where I am going if I need the windshield replaced.

The owner did a thorough inspection of the glass on my truck and found that there were actually 2 places that needed repair. We had just returned from a long road trip. He then did a great job of quickly filling the chips and I was on my way. Then I came back in the same week to replace my daughter's windshield that was beyond patching. Both services were fast and lower cost than the competition. Friendly service from Rhonda and Shannon and I will be back as soon as i need any auto glass.

They were very professional and helpful. They were also extremely personable and enjoyable to talk to while I waited. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and courteous. Due to MY mistake (I didn't exactly know some of the stats on my husbands truck when I filled out the online form before the appointment) the wrong glass was ordered, but they quickly ordered the correct glass and it was delivered in a very timely manner, so their vendors or partners are also very good. Even though it was completely MY fault for giving the incorrect information, they were extremely gracious and apologetic for the extended wait. I truly enjoyed my visit to Penn Glass Co and would highly recommend.

Could not have ask for a more accommodating provider. Work was done well, at a fair price. They even gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member without me asking for it, after I told them I chose them based on AL reviews. Had just gotten discharged from the hospital on Friday night, window was broken out the next night. Penn Glass had glowing reviews on Angie's List. Penn Glass was not open over the weekend. I called early Monday morning and talked to Rhonda, told her that I had medical appointments through the day which made it almost impossible to bring the car in at a particular time. Rhonda told me that when I got done with my doctor appoints to bring the car in and she would make it work, what ever the time. She ordered the glass from the suppler on my word that I would come in, so that it would be there when I got there. Rhonda removed a large amount of stress from my life. Once again I can't say how much I appreciate this provider.

I received an immediate quote for windshield replacemen of which . I was very pleased with the value. I happened to have arrived between appointments and they were able to start immediately. The work is flawless and I highly recommend Penn Glass for your automotive glass repairs.

This is my second good experience with Penn Glass. They offered to repair the two chips in the windshield in order to save some money, but I opted to just replace it instead. They got it in the day after I called. I dropped it off at 8 am, and they were finished in a couple of hours. Looks perfect, very happy with the results.

Last night a large sheet of ice blew off a car driving 70 mph in front of me on Hefner Parkway. It demolished my windshield. I dropped my car off before they opened this morning, leaving my key in their lock box. Rhonda, from Penn Auto Glass, called me before I could call her, and gave me a quote which was absolutely amazing! They had it replaced within a few hours. Perfect job!!! had 8:00 am appt, arrived at 745am. when Shannon arrived early. he immediately put jeep into garage and work began immediately. I would definitely recommmend this company for any auto glass needs. very professional business with very casual atmosphere.

To begin with, the usual cost for such a repair was $39.95 but because I am an Angie's List customer the repair cost $20.00. The procedure was explained to me in detail with the possibility of creating a greater crack if the pressure used to fill the crack caused a failure. Happy to report that did not happen. The time in and out was less than 30 minutes and the only indication left is the small drill hole they had to do.
