Stay away from this company! They replaced my spring and rollers in December. Since that day the door has made a popping sound and finally refused to close. The harged me $153.00 for less than 1/2 hour of squirting oil on the rollers and a 5 minutes adjustment which they should have done in December. I asked why I had to pay all this money for less than 30 minutes here, no parts and actual 5 minutes touching my door. The technician said I’m paying for his knowledge and expertise. Terrible….terrible! This company is a total rip off!!!

They did a great job. We had no problems with them. They were in and out quick.

It was okay. There is a life time warranty on the springs now so it needs to be but its working fine. Price was pretty steep.

They live in a neighborhood close to me and people in my neighborhood had used overhead door forever. They're always been real good about showing up, doing what they can. They don't beat me over the head to get a new one even though I know I need one. I like them. I think they're a good company.

It was good. He was on time. They were actually very quick in responding and getting the work done. They're great. It might sound a little high but it's a big 8-foot door and they had to put extension on it so it was a little more complicated than a regular door.

The service went really well. I don’t have any complaints. Initially he came out and looked at the door. After I decided what door I want then I had to wait for an appointment. It took about three additional days in order to get the garage door on. They installed it through the company.

Great! I called and the next day they were there and on time! The sorce of the problem was a broken gear, the part was on his truck, and in short order the door would open as it was designed. The pro then noticed my doors were no longer fitting the frame so he took the time to adjust the doors so this winter I can keep the cold out of my garage.

Their service was quick and they had quick turn around time. They were very friendly and their price was very good.

The door handles were installed too high, so it is difficult to push or pull the door up. Another latch was needed on the other side, because there was a big gap between the new concrete and the bottom of the door on one side of the door. An additional strip of rubber was also added because there was now a small gap. The storage building company made this a terrible experience because he said this huge gap was ok. However, I don't want squirrels coming into my new building. Also, the quality of the installation wasn't perfect, so I hope it lasts. We took pictures showing the problem.

It has been a while since I compared their prices but I am pretty sure their price was fair. They were good and prompt, and I would use them in the future.

I called them on Wednesday for appointment on Friday. Service man (Mike) showed up on time (they will only schedule in 1/2 day intervals). Determined that my door is too old and they don’t make the parts anymore, gave me options to use a lesser spring that he had on the truck, or reschedule next week so he can make a custom spring. I elected to get the custom spring. He suggested that I schedule for a morning and he would make me his first stop at 9:00 am. Rescheduled for Tuesday morning, was informed that Mike had a family emergency and would not be able to complete the job and they would send someone else. Service mane was late (probably due to pulling his shift as well as Mike's). I had to leave, but had someone at home to let him in to do the work. He arrived shortly after 12:00 and completed the job in under an hour. The job was completed in the time that Mike had predicted and was professionally done with no issues.

It went excellent. I would highly recommend them. They were friendly and came on time. I got an estimate from them and it was right on the money. I liked them a lot.

After getting no help at a hardware store and being told by the salesman at a home improvement store that my best bet was to call Overhead Door Co., I called Overhead Door Co.! I had used them before to adjust my opener. The woman on the phone was very friendly, ordered exactly what I was looking for and set up the installation within 2 days. I received a call 20 minutes before the earliest time they were to arrive and was told they were in route. That was good news. I didn't have to wait until the final hour of the window of time scheduled! The guys that came were very friendly and worked quickly. They cleaned up after themselves, had me inspect the job and told me to call anytime with problems (which I honestly don't expect). I would definitely recommend Overhead Door Co. to others looking for fast friendly reputable service. Thanks, guys!

I called to make a service appointment. The person I spoke to was very courteous and knowledgeable. An appointment was made for the next day. The serviceman, Randy, called before his arrival and arrived on time as scheduled. Randy was very professional and proceeded to adjust the springs and perform maintenance as requested. In a very short time my door was working again and I am pleased with their service. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent response, they came out the following work day. Gave us a 30 minute call prior to coming out and were right on time. Very friendly and professional. Even replaced a door cable when it was discovered. Would use again!
