The process was very smooth. The owner came out and discussed all of the wants and needs we had. He came up with a design that we really liked and after working with the historical society and picking all materials, they got to work. The workers were very nice and were there bright and early most days. They were respectful of our property and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. The fireplace and grill look amazing as does the pool. It all blends very well with our old house. We recommend them anytime someone tells us they are putting in a pool and looking for referrals.

The entire process was very disappointing.  The crew was not timely and the job is still not complete.  There was virtually no communication after the sale was made.  The workmanship is poor and after 4 months I am left with a product that is far below standard.  The owner is unprofessional and could care less about the client as long as the check is surrendered.  Leisure pools recommended this contractor as one of it's dealers for Oklahoma.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.   My backyard is beautiful but the hassles and not hearing b ack after the sale have truly made me sad.
