Vacuum Cleaners
They had my vacuum for 6 weeks for repair (bottom stuck in the up position) and every time I'd call, I'd get the run around, anything from 'We're waiting on parts' to 'The technician will be here tomorrow and yours will be first on the list!" back to 'We're waiting on parts and can't help how long that takes.' Long story short, I get my(?) vacuum back and the motor is loud and sounds sickly, the wheels/belt squeal, the handle is loose and it looks way more worn than when I brought it in. I'm convinced this is another used vacuum and not mine. I will never go to this store again for anything. Ever. Buyer BEWARE!
