Description of Work: Made a king size box spring mattress and delivered it. The delivery was done with extra help because of the dicficult access through a stairwell. They took care to do it right u like the deli ery of our last attress from a furniture store.

Description of Work: I'm a handicapped person. I called them about a mattress. When I went to pick it up they did not have wheelchair access. They told me to find my own way to the showroom. In a wheelchair I would have to go 4 blocks to get on their sidewalk. They also had no handicapped parking. They said if I wanted to buy a mattress bad enough I could find a way into their store. No help, Bad attitude, no service. This IS against Federal Law. They are a public store and they are required to provide access.
