The salesman was very helpful, offered to keep the bed until we finished painting my son's room. Bed was delivered on time. Delivery men were very professional and assembled the bed in less then 1/2 hour. The excellent quality of the bed and futon mattress has made us very pleased with our purchase.

The salesperson was very helpful guiding me to the link on their futon website so I could check out the available shades of red covers they had immediately available in their store. Their staffing was such on this Sunday, that they offered to deliver it that day! Sunday delivery should not be expected, however, since they normally do not deliver on Sundays. I had it completely set up in about two hours after purchase. The futon I bought looks more like a couch! I was very pleased with their assistance, service and quality of the product. Also, that particular weekend the malls were giving a tax free weekend on certain purchases. Oklahoma Futon Company also chose to sell tax free that weekend too. The salesperson mentioned it, not me. I was very pleased with the overall experience and wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a futon. My teenage daughter is now wanting one for her room! I did purchase the mattress upgrade and have a six inch thick mattress.
