In September 2021 we contacted with Oklahoma Foundation Repair to re-level a house that was built in the 1930". When the job was finished there were some issues that still needed some attention, but we agreed to let the house settle after the re-leveling had been done. The Leveling company new that we planned to do a gut and remodel on the house. We completed the gut of the house during the next 12 months and about a month ago started on repairing the structure of the home about a month ago shortly after we started we contacted Oklahoma Foundation Repair. The lady that answered the phone took the information and said "I'm not at my computer will call you back in 10 minutes. That never happen.! Receiving no phone call we called back around 10 days latter. The same person said she would have to send someone by to check. In a few days someone did show up and met with the contract and my self. He looked around and said not problem, let me check the schedule and I will call you back. We had asked to try and get someone out the week or March 25-29th with the 1st call to the office and again when the rep was on site.. Not like we asked for a fast response. So today is the 29th and when no one showed up we called back. Yes, phone answered by the same person. Her reply was "I'm not responsible" I only give out messages. So before you use them remember, when they tell you have great there warranty is, that not really true. You will need any foundation repair company after the original work has been done. In this case I think they do this " I'm not responsible" routine in hope that you will stop call. We did get a call back today and was told the week of April 15th. So if the lady that answer the phone or the guy who came out would have done something, we could have gotten the crew in time, instead of have to wait another 17th days for someone to show up.

Iâ d highly recommend these guys if you need foundation work. Estimate was honest and their price per pier was comparable to the 3 other companies I contacted. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they finished, leaving it difficult to even tell where the work was done. They did everything they promised in the estimate/contract plus more. I even had an unrelated water issue and called the company to see if they possibly nicked the water line (again I later resolved the issue and it was NOT caused by Oklahoma Foundation Solutions). I emailed them late in the evening and had an email back from the owner of the company within an hour letting me know he would talk with the crew. The next morning by 9:00 AM I had a call from Noah and a crew at my doorbell who was stopping by just to make sure that there werenâ t any issues. By then I had figured out my issue (again not caused by them). On the phone Noah explained that even though I had resolved the issue, if I found that there were any issues they caused they would 100% cover the repair. Fortunately, that wasnâ t required as it was an issue with my water heater, not something they caused. This company does great work, but even more importantly, their customer service is top tier. There are probably a handful of foundation companies in Oklahoma that can fix your issue, but not all of them will have customer service like this.

They were a great company to work with and hire for the repairs. They quoted me for what was needed, no more and no less. They completed the job without any hassles and cleaned up well after they were done.

The fine folks at Oklahoma Foundation Solutions treated us to high quality service throughout the process. We could always ask questions and receive satisfying answers. My family and I felt secure using these guys, and the results were to our liking!

Other than letting others know that my experience was outstanding they must know Foundation Solutions truly makes you feel like you re their top priority at all times, not once did I feel that other jobs took priority over my project. Their goal is to keep you happy with a job well done and they did exactly that, and their customer service is a plus. They make you feel like family and make you gain their trust instantly. Highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!
