Pricing was very fair, and they worked with me on the design and install of my upstairs expansion at my house.  Quality of work is great.  While the upstairs installation was happening, the compressor went out on my downstairs unit.  They came out after hours and replaced the compressor without any extra emergency fees.  They also handled the warranty paperwork on the replacement part.
