Thomas was the crew chief and was easy to Work with.

Overall, my experience in dealing with account executive, Russ Pendergraph, of Oklahoma Catastrophe Team, and the individuals performing the work, was very favorable. Although I was not always present for the services performed, I was aware that Russ was doing a good job in overseeing. the work performed. There was an awareness that customer satisfaction was being stressed. The end result is I feel that the final restoration made my property actually appear more attractive than before the work was done with the addition of Z ridge detailing to staining of street front fence panels. My insurance picked up the cost of the total job($20,000) and my $1000 deductible was absorbed in the charges from Oklahoma Catastrophe Team.
