I was very happy with the installation of the opener, The price was reasonable and they did a good job and cleaned up after them selves,  Later I purchased a deal to have a checkup on the door. I feel that was a rip off. They were here less the ten minutes, and just raised the door a couple of times. Didn't even oil the door. That is why I graded them down a little.

I don't remember our guys name but he was fabulous.  He couldn't guarantee the opener because we purchased it but he guanteed his installation.  He explained why the old one might have given out (I tried to repair it from a Youtube video & oil dripped from the chain into the motor.  They don't tell you to be careful of that!!).  He was very nice.  He lubed the new one so that it just purrs.  We will definately be using him & the company in the future.

Very smoothly and quickly. The technician Joe was great. I had previously contacted another company who diagnosed "over the phone" that I needed a new garage door opener, even after I explained that simmering on the door itself was obstructing the roller movement, and that the opener was fine. Irritated by this, I contacted OKC Garage Doors after reading reviews here. The best thing about Joe was that he really listened. When he quickly arrived after just a few hours, he found cracked hinges, and few other fixtures that needed adjusting. I told him on the phone that I was recently laid off and couldn't afford any major repairs. Joe worked with my budget, suggested things that would need to be taken care of in the future, and wrapped things up in 30 minutes. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend!

.My 30 year old garage door wouldn't open. Within one hour of my call a repairman arrived. He looked at it and determined it needed lubrication. He checked the motor and tested the door. What he didn't do was try to sell me a new opener. I appreciated the fact that this company tries to fix problems, not sell unnecessary equipment. The repairman was finished in 12 minutes and charged only for a service call- no labor or materials. I've used this company for years. They are fast to respond, efficient, fair and honest

They were awesome. They were very professional. Everything was good. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Very well. Old door was broken. They came out the same day I called and game an estimate. Installed new door the next day. Installation crew very efficient. Owner came by later to inspect. Everyone was very courteous. Very pleased with the new door.

Excellent. The office called the day before with the price and the invoice from the installer matched exactly. The installer called before he arrived, got right to work and in a short time I had a new opener and spring. He also took a moment before leaving to look at my shop door and suggest what I could do to make it easier to open.

Here's the bad news. After replacing the spring, the opener itself apperently quit working. The service guy insisted I needed a new opener at a cost of $275. Being a relatively savy do-it-yourselfer and having had no problem with the opener before, I told him no thanks. I figured it need to be reset from trying to lift a heavy door without a spring. The service rep insisted that I had an inferior product and that a circuit board was bad, He said he could have a new opener installed by week's end, again I said no thanks. He then insited he could go to the shop, pick one up and return that afternoon, again I said no thanks. THEN, he said he'd call and have one delivered while we waited. I became firm with him and told him we were finished. After he left, I unplugged the unit, plugged it back in and tightened the light bulbs. It works like new and I escaped a $275 unecessary sales job. I don't think the rep was a crook, just didn't know what he was doing. The owner later came out (and talked all over me while I tried to explain what happened). The owner explained his guys are trained to sell garage door openers. Your telling me!

I called OKC Garage Door in the morning and a repairman came the same day. The repairman explained the problem, had the replacement spring, and made the repair. He was very good at explaining the cause and the work to be done.

If you have to have garage door service work in the Oklahoma City area, don't call anybody but these guys. They are responsive, friendly, do great work, and best of all, considering the work and its associated dangers (springs with a lot of tension, heavy doors, etc.) they are CHEAP too.

I think they did a very nice job. The workers were nice and also nice to deal with. They worked really fast and got the job done. I have no complaints with anything at all. I am definitely satisfied and I would recommend them to others.

Immediately answered the phone; arrived within one hour of calling. Initial estimate was $164, but then had to go get several new parts that aren't normally replaced. Installed the rod and two new springs; checked and lubricated door. Works great. Additional parts added approximately $50 to the cost.

OKC Garage Doors arrived thirty minutes after I called. They did an excellent job. They were kind and informative. The price was excellent also. I was amazed by the quality of work for such a low price.

OKC Garage Door said the work would take two hours. Three workers did it in one hour and 10 minutes. I was impressed. I chose OKC after seeing an ad in the paper for a free electric opener. Even aside from that, the door and work was exceptional.
