Lowell was slow to start project, excuses for delays. Plantings were mis-aligned of poor quaility and small. When asked, his response "These are the best for this time of year" or "They got frostbite, if they do not come back I will replace them". Every time I would contact Lowell, there was a new excuse. One Deadora Cedar cost of $1000.00, was planted so shallow it died. He was always" going to transplant it" for me!!!! I will never refer or use this vendor again.
