Perfect. As my automotive repair and service needs ALWAYS do here. We have 4 vehicles in our family and they all go here quite often. No complaints and not enough room to praise them.

They insist on using high quality parts and aren't pushy about getting work done. I've been told more than once not to spend the money on certain repairs. If they fix something, you can be sure it's done right. Complete contrast compared to some other chain shops where getting a problem fixed often resorts to playing "whack-a-mole"

The car drives much better. The staff, and owner of Northwest were great to work with. The repairs were timely and I will use them again. The car was recently restored and the expensive restoration shop failed to complete many mechanical items that Northwest Automotive took care of. Technician Jeff (I am sorry I don't have his last name), took ownership of the problems and fixed them. There are a few more items that I need to take the car back for and I will use Northwest Automotive for the work.

I was given a time for the truck to be ready. The price and time were exactly what I was told it would be. The only change was discussed and still completed on time and on budget. I would definitely use them again.

We have been to this shop several times; one time I had a limb stuck under my car and it had worked something loose underneath--sounded awful--they made room for me (I had a doctor appointment and couldn't wait), they put my car up, repaired the hole, took another part of the limb out I didn't know was there, set it back down and for this hour they charged me -- NOTHING. My son's car, a cadillac, had been having problems and they repaired it efficiently and much cheaper than the dealer where we'd been taking it. Haven't had them do major stuff yet, but I trust them to not gouge us and they seem to really know what they're doing.
