After attempting to contact someone, at the listed number, I finally checked the Oklahoma State roofers registry and found them no longer listed under the Noble Roofing and Construction, Inc. They have no rating with the Better Business Bureau. I had to hire another company to repair the roof.

All the workers were very courteous and professional.
They did a quality job and arrived on time the days that they were supposed to perform the work.
All work was performed in a timely manner and they cleaned up their work areas after completing their jobs.
I would recommend them to anyone needing re-roofing and additional work done on their homes due to storm damage

As of this date we are exceptionally pleased with the manner in which the company has evaluated our needs and representation to my insurance company to get the scope of work done expediciously

When David from Noble Roofing came over to do his initial estimate, he was at my house for about an hour and a half. I only have a 2000sf home, so most of his time was spent answering my questions and explaining the different options for shingles and what they can do for me. One of my concerns was that I had just switched insurance companies two days before the storm and I was worried that the new company may try to get out of paying the claim. David assured me that if they had any issues, he would work with them to get the claim approved (luckily there were no issues).
When the insurance adjuster came to look at the roof, David made time to come by and discuss the project with him to ensure that he had seen and noted all the same areas of damage. That too went smoothly and problem-free.
After receiving the insurance adjuster's report and estimate (which was higher than David's estimate) we scheduled the work. The week the work was supposed to be done, I got a call from David saying that he would like to reschedule the job. Normally, this means there will be a delay, but he actually wanted to do the job sooner which worked out great for us!
The day of the job, I left the house for work before the roofers showed up. By the time I got home at 7pm, they were gone. The only signs that they had been there were the new shingles and the extra vents (two whirlybirds) they had added. There were a few problems they discovered after removing the old shingles (the builder's mistakes) but were able to get them repaired right away. The only thing left to do was the guttering, which was scheduled for a different day and a different crew. Again, David was very flexible with this scheduling, as I wanted to get a fresh coat of caulking and painting on the fascia before they went up with the new guttering. The gutters magically appeared on the house while I was at work. They were done very professionally and precisely. I have had no issues with them and they have performed flawlessly during the several rainstorms we have had since. After all the work was done, David submitted the final paperwork to my insurance company to get the remaining depreciated amount of the claim released.
In summary, I am very pleased with Noble Roofing. Not only did they do a great job, they were excellent with their pricing and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the entire job. I have recommended several friends to them and will also use them for my rental properties and home again when the next big hailstorm blows through.
