Dr. Nicolosi was very thorough. He found that my dog had an arthritic hip and a damaged CCL, and he prescribed a pain medication to see if it helped her. She seems to be doing better.
A little history - Dr. Nicolosi has been my vet since he first started his practice - about 30 years ago. I once went to another vet to get a second opinion about a problem one of my dogs had - turned out to be necrosis due to a fiddleback spider bite - and I was sorry I did so. She diagnosed my dog with cancer and, needless to say, was completely wrong.
Dr. Nicolosi is careful and rational about his diagnostics and has always been honest with me and compassionate towards my dogs. He always tells you the options available to you so that you can make an informed decision. I know I can count on his expertise and judgment.
