About us
I have been trained and licensed in the state of Oklahoma to perform visual non-invasive home inspections according to the state of Oklahoma, Lic # 586. As a home renovator in the Oklahoma City area since 1993, I have seen many unusual maintenance problems and was able to repair them. I am a home inspector with building experience. This background gives me a unique perspective as to which maintenance concerns could cause serious problems in the future. I have completed many home inspection repair reports for my home improvement business customers and I bring this experience to my home inspections. My fee for an inspection varies as to the size, age and location of the property. The base fee is 300.00. Our reports are computer generated with color picture. We provide a free limited 90 day warranty and free RecallChek report with every complete inspection. Please see our website for complete details.
