They did show up in a mask, which is the one oand only thing they did well. My appt was from 8 to noon. At 10 am I got a text stating they would be more toward the 1 to 4 range because they were behind. 4 pm no one is here. I had to call twice, before a very moody tech showed up at 5:30 pm. He kept leaving ny front door open, even after ask not to, due to ac running and dogs present in the home. Then the quote. I could have replaced the whole door and motor system for the quote, when my door was just off track. At a 700 dollar quote, I told them no thank you, then they came back with a quote of 450. I again, I said, no thank you and sent them on their way. A new company showed up within the hour and fixed it for 180 bucks, in about 30 mins. Beware, they have no problem taking a woman for a ride to get as much money as possible.

Garage door spring broke on the weekend and manual override wasn't working, so I couldn't get the car out of the garage. Called on Sunday afternoon, and they fit me in by 6pm on the same day. James replaced the spring with a 10-year warranty spring and made a slight adjustment on nudging one of my pre-existing dents. Professional, timely, and a good price. Will consider using them again.

Due to a heavy work load the technician was several hours late. The only problem was that he did not call to say he would be take. Once he arrived he was polite expedient and most informative.

Called because had held door opener would not work. I had put new batteries in. He pushed black button to reset and this cost $129.00 I think too expensive. He oiled cables and reduced that price.

Everything was fine at first. Same day service. Person who came called ahead and was there on time. He worked for well over an hour. The cost was almost $750. This was in the afternoon. By nighttime, the door was not working again, doing what it had been doing which was not going down and staying down. I called the number given to me by the repairman. I was told that no one was available to come out until the following week and that they didn't work on weekends. This was NOT acceptable. I found the number that I had called originally off the internet, and finally spoke with someone who said they would send a person out by 5:00 today. It is almost 3:00 and I'm still waiting.

First of all, it was difficult reaching them -- no phone number was provided by Angie's, and there's no such company in the phone book.
The guy came and seemed to be doing the job, but afterward, I couldn't get the door to open all the way except with 2 or 3 tries. Who knows why, but an inspection should have discovered a problem, unless he himself messed up something up himself. Now I'm trying to find them again.

They did OK. He checked everything very well. He tried to sell me premium everything. He tried to get $500 out of me. That's all he did and that's all I needed.

The did ok and I would recommend them to somebody else. He was a very nice person. They are very professional. They come on time. Overall they were excellent. I would not use them again because their price is high.
