Mortgage Companies
We were doing bi-weekly payments when this company took over. Nationstar made our payments due at the 1st of the month and anything after the 14th of the month is late. I have been using my disability check that I get on the 28th of every month. I don't know how this can be done where they can change the payment arrangements from our prior mortgage company. We are always late and we can never get ahead. They are unwilling to set up our mortgage on a bi-weekly payment. They said that we needed to refinance our house to be set up on a bi-weekly but we don't want to refinance. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
