Mountain Aire HVAC

The owner, Mike, is a compulsive liar. You cannot believe anything Mike says. He also doesn't pay his bills. He set up a line of credit with my company, purchased materials, and has refused to pay for them ever since. Well, let me re-phrase.... he always claims "check is in the mail", yet somehow the check never arrives.............. After several years of dealing with this guy, AND from talking to other companies and supply houses, I can tell you without a doubt that he is NOT trustworthy. He owes a LOT of people a LOT of money. Look around on other sites that have reviews of this company. Not many have good things to say. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GIVE CREDIT TO THIS COMPANY OR TO ITS' OWNER. YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU NEED HEAT AND AIR WORK DONE, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After using another highly rated (and very expensive) local company in the past, I decided to give Mountain Aire HVAC a try when the motor on one of our condenser units went out on a very hot day. I called Mike first thing in the morning and he was at our house the same afternoon. He was very professional and was extremely thorough in explaining the problem to me. He also noticed that the original installer improperly wired our thermostat, which had been causing a separate issue.
Mike ordered the part immediately and his crew came out the next day and got everything done within an hour. He also recommended that we change the type of air filters we use, which will save us about $150 a year. 
This is a great company that performs honest work at a reasonable price. I can't wait to recommend them to all of my friends.

In a world of theive's, shyters, and dishonest dealers,  Mike from Mountain Aire stands as a shining example of what an honest operator should be. 
Most recently, he replaced a blown capacitor on an AC unit for us.  We manage High-end rental properties and we have seen bills for this same service and parts run 2x3 times the cost.  We have also seen Mountian Aire show us just how much dishonesty there is in the AC business.  When required to get competative bids, we have seen other companies call out a littany of problems or whole system replacements,  while Mountain Aire bids for the capacitor that burned out.

I can't say enough about that guy. He is fantastic. I called him yesterday and he came today to take care of the problem.  He did thejob gratis for this one because it was just a tripped breaker line. They have exceptionally good timing and pricing. He gets an A plus on responsiveness. I will call him again in the future.
