Actually I have been using Morrison Fence since 1985. During that time they have installed 3 different fences for me. We have always been completely happy with them! Their service has been A++ with us. At our first home, they built us a cedar fence with cap and trim. We did have to get some repairs on it several years later due to high winds damaging a tree from our neighbors yard. They also did chainlink fencing and gates with operators at our business. Most recently, we built a new home and they installed wrought iron fence with pillars and gate operators. I  highly recommend them. Diana Morrison was the sales person for this job and she was very professional. It was also a pleasure to deal with Cheryl whom arranged the appointment for the estimate. If I am ever in need of another fence, I would definitely call them.May

Morrison fence company was asked to repair an existing fence that
received hail damage in 2012. They replaced the panels with ones
different from the original without making changes to the framework. Now every time we have a wind over 10mph
the fence falls apart in several places. Frequent calls to Diana to make the necessary adjustments have gone unanswered.

If it were at all possible to give an F minus to this company, I would give it. Working with this company has been one of the, if not worst, customer experiences of my adult life. In August of 2011, there was some damage done to my already in place Morrison fence. Within a few days of the damage I placed a call to Morrison Fence to come and repair the fence. I called them at least 6 times to schedule the repair. After a a few no-shows from them, they completed part of the work in October 2011. They cashed the check within a few days and I called to let them know the fence repairs were not complete. It is now mid-May 2012. I have called them at least 10 times and showed up at their office requesting an appointment for the final repairs. Every time I speak with Diana, she tells me of yet another medical emergency either herself, her staff or her mother is having that is making time in her schedule for me incovenient for her. Most recently Diana has told me that she would come and fix the fence by the end of the week and never showed twice. Two days in a row she told me she would be at my home between 10a and 12p and was a no-show with out a phone call. Eight months later our fence work has still not been completed and Diana refuses to take our calls. Beware to all: Don't waste your money or time.
