Great company, with great service and employees. Their prices are great compared to other companies and I will never use anyone else. They respond quickly to service appointments and the wait time is short. They have done multiple work in my home in both bathrooms as well as on my pipes. I fought for over 6 months with my home warranty company because they sent companies out who tried to not only rip me off but the company. It took an extremely long time to fight to pick my own company to do the work but once I was able to get i lt approved I immediately called Matt Morgan Plumbing and they set an appointment. The quality of their work is uncomparable as well as the friendliness of the owner and employees is top notch. Best plumbing company and only one I will allow to do work in my home.

We suspected a water leak under the slab of the house. I went online to find a leak detection company. I called Morgan plumbing and they came out quickly to see what the problem was. I was wondering what was going on when three trucks showed up. Apparently all of their workers were finishing up other jobs and were there 2 help find the leak and if necessary to cut into the slab and repair the leak. They were very thorough and found a leak in an outside faucet. I was expecting to pay thousands of dollars to fix a leak under my house. My final total was much much less than that . I was happy very happy that I was not going to have to have my slab cut open . I was also very happy at the price. I was informed of what it might be, what it probably was, and told the cost of each. I wish I'd known of this company when I had rental properties, I spend a lot of time and money I shouldn't have with companies that saw me as an easy mark.

They were extremely responsive, very friendly, and did excellent, quick work. They gave an estimate on how much it would be to get our other water heater up to code and that will be done in January. Morgan Plumbing is our new plumber!

Morgan Plumbing was extremely responsive, very friendly, and did excellent, quick work. Our hot water heater had gone out on one side of the house so they got to us quicker than otherwise, because we had no hot water. They gave an estimate on how much it would be to get our other water heater up to code and that will be done in January. We are very happy with Morgan Plumbing. Morgan Plumbing is our new plumber!

He was Awesome! He called before he arrived, during the time frame they supplied, they gave me a 3 hour window of when he would show up between 9 - 12 and they was there at 10! He was very professional and double checked to make sure the faucet was actually leaking and not just needed a new bushing to save me some money. After looking everything over, he came and let me know what all he was seeing that needed to be done and gave a couple of options. Will definetly have them out when I need a plumber in the future - he not only got the work done quickly, but they cleaned everything up as well!

Matt was personable, professional, punctual and very efficient. He didn't add a THING to the coupon I bought. He was up front about pricing and there were no hidden costs. This will be "my" plumber from now on!

My plumbing job was scheduled quickly, plumber arrived on time and was a wonderful combination of being very professional, friendly, and down to earth manner. He further provided options into the best way (both in cost and time) to resolve the other plumbing issues. His work was excellent and he cleaned up after himself!!! My husband and I were afraid that the water heater had a leak. Matt with Morgan Plumbing came out (right on time) and checked it out. He said we did not need a new water heater. The drain just needed tightening. He was very professional, honest, punctual. We will definitely use Morgan Plumbing for a real plumbing problem when we need help.

I went great! The plumber gave us an approximate time he would arrive, and he called about 10 minutes ahead to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time, did a great job, made sure everything was working well, and gave me a "tour" of my new faucet and soap dispenser. He made sure I knew how to use everything he installed, and went the extra mile to clean up behind himself carefully. He was very professional, worked at a fair price, and did an excellent job. He was honest, and helpful, and even went above and beyond to answer my other plumbing questions while he was here. I would DEFINITELY recommend this service to a friend.

The plumbing with Morgan Plumbing seemed to be okay at the time, however, I have since learned the rest of the work was not very good at all. One of the things I had a problem with was cracking along the grout because the walls were not plumb. I was very specific that I didn't want the status quo even if it meant paying more. I wanted the best done to the work but now the bathroom is right back to the way it was before. Another thing I had a problem with was the drain was leaking so they fixed that but everything else I wanted done as far as cracking in the grout and tile, the work was very poor. I would recommend not to use Morgan Plumbing.

"First I want to apologize for the bad experience you had. I always try to satisfy all my customers. As a plumbing contractor I often get customers who want bigger jobs done, such as bath and kitchen remodels. I specialize in plumbing install and repair. However, I try to help people with bigger jobs such as tile, cabinets, etc. some of the subs I have used I do not use anymore because I have had some problems with them. I am always trying to find good quality subs at a fair price for my customers that way they don't have to play "General Contractor". If I would have known about this issue I would have made it right. I will always try to do my best to make the customer happy even if it was one of the subs I hired that messed up the job. The buck stops here and I always try to do the right thing.
