Momma's Cleaning Crew

She does a very thorough job. It is very nice. She doesn't charge anything extra for the dusting; she just makes time to do it. She is very easy to work with and reliable. It usually takes four to five hours to clean my house.

The first time they came they did a very nice job. However, they were supposed to be here last Saturday and did not show up or call. They also did not respond to voicemails. I finally texted on Sunday afternoon and she said she and her son had been sick and she had texted customers but some of the texts didn't go through. We made arrangements for them to come yesterday. Again, another no show, and so far no response to our phone call or text. Definitely not reliable.

Melissa and Caleb are always on time. Initially they did a deep clean for me. I was so impressed that I set up regular service.

I have hired a few housecleaners, a couple were downright horrible, but most were okay but left me feeling like it wasn't quite worth the money I'd spent. Momma's cleaning crew did good work, were self-directed but made sure to ask what I needed most, whether I was satisfied with the work, and whether I needed anything else done. Where things were disorganized (part of my bedroom floor was covered in "stuff" that I hadn't found a home for when unpacking the house), she stacked things neatly on my desk in a way that made the mess look presentable and organized. Overall, they seemed do a more complete cleaning job than other people I've worked with who charged more and left me much less satisfied. This will be the first time I ask a cleaner to come back on a regular basis.
