They could never find my paperwork they kept saying tile would come in and each time would say it would be on the next truck. Miscommunication terrible miscommunication.

We thought that Millers Floor Store was honest and just regular folks, easy to deal with. They were not pushy in any way. I would refer them to others. We are very pleased with the way the carpeting turned out.
