Mike came in on a Thursday morning at nine a.m., and was finished by ten a.m. He gave our Denniston Park home a thorough inspection, and we were thrilled to learn that our home was free of both termites AND carpenter ants. His fee was very modest.

Mike's the BEST. We've used his services for almost a decade now, and can't imagine using ANYONE ELSE. He has almost five decades of experience in his field, and it SHOWS.

This company was hired to perform a home inspection and could not find anything wrong with our home except termites/termite damage.
My husband removed the siding where the alleged termite damage/ termites was supposed to be and there was NO evidence of ANY termite damage/termites. We submitted pictures of the area as evidence there was no damage and when contacted about this issue, Mr. Roberts while making ample time to provide what was an inaccurate report , REFUSED to come back out to view the supposed affected area (now exposed for a more thorough inspection) or even consider a revision of his report. As you all know in the sale of the home a report of - Termite Damage - can be an issue but Mr. Robert's did not care.
His basis for his original conclusion was a piece of rotted wood between the concrete joints of the porch slabs in an area where we had standing water prior to the addition rain gutters YEARS ago and on a 1.5 inch piece of Masonite he poked through to concrete foundation (not even to wood).
Also, for everyone's information all OTHER wood in place in the concrete joints are fine - so APPARENTLY termites only ate a 5.5 inch piece of wood between part way through concrete joints - leaving all other connecting wood INCLUDING the actual HOUSE - completely in tact?
He was kind enough to include information stating that he would gladly treat the area for $900+ dollars and offer an ongoing termite care plan.
Mistakes are mistakes. We all make them. However, when given the chance to LOOK at the exposed area for a more thorough inspection and REFUSING is downright unprofessional at best and dishonest at worst.

They are very through and friendly. They come out whenever I need them. I am in Oklahoma so I will have termites. After about living in this brand new house for about 7-8 years we started seeing termites and the whole thing came out. They were reasonable compared to the franchise offices. He charges me every year for inspecting and retreat if necessary so I am very pleased with his price but this was established at the time when we made the agreement so I am sure they have gone up since then. They are reasonable and on time for their appointment. When they see something they are on top of it and they don’t charge me for that because it’s a part of the deal.
