Would I use them again? Possibly, but I found another one that I probably will use, I really like them a little better. It’s not anything against them, it’s just I like this other place a little better. Service was very good, I think others should try them, I think they are good with the animals. Workers were good, very nice with the animals, were gentle and considerate.

They have about 4 vets that are all great. They have a great practice. They do give a military discount which is nice.

It was a positive experience, everyone is friendly. They are on time, there is no wait time. The office environment is clean. They treat their animal like it is their own. I would use them again in the future.

I like it. They have appointments usually when you call and it's pretty quick, and have a lot of vets so you can get an appointment if you need it. Their prices depends on the service.

The whole procedure was explained to us, they understood our need to be with her at her time of passing.. At not time did we feel rushed.
I take all my furr babies to Midwest Veterinary Hospital. Always shown attentiveness to my family. At times they do get a little behind. On many occasions others have brought there pets in that need Emergency attention or a little extra time to evaluate. If we miss our time they try and work us in as soon as posible.

You have a long wait in the waiting room. The staff at the front desk are not particularly friendly. I had a cat that was dying. They advertised they had someone on call 24/7. When I called them, they had nobody available and on call. They would not return my calls at the weekend. They are not providing services they should be as they don't want to spend the money. I had an unfortunate situation with my cat. They wanted to send me to another clinic at the other end of town. The cat ended up dying in my arms. I can still get emotional talking about it. I have not had a good experience most of the times I have had to go there. The vets are nice but run on the cheap. Staff turnover is high and I am looking around for another vet.

Although they advertise that they have vets available, 24/7, more and more their answering machine is directing you after hours to the Emergency Animal Clinic on Memorial Road, a good 35-40 minute drive from Midwest City. I've now had several incidents in the last few years where they had no one on call. With the first incident, a beautiful, young, 3-year old cat was euthanized unnecessarily because I had to take him to another vet who misdiagnosed his problem because there was no way to access his records. With the latest incident, I was again directed to the same faraway emergency clinic. I called the vet's home number and cell number, but he refused to return my calls -- even though I was crying both times when I left messages. After walking the floor with the cat while hoping for a return call, I finally took her to a much closer emergency clinic. It cost me $450 in diagnostics (once again due to no access to her records), and she died in my arms. This was not the fault of the emergency clinic. They did not want to euthanize her without a proper diagnosis, and too much time elapsed before I found a place to take her due to Midwest's non-response. I've been taking my animals to a satellite of Midwest since 1997. However, these incidents were so painful that I will never entrust any of my animals to them again.

They are great. They have been with me through thick and thin on multiple pets. They always do a great job. They really care about their animals. They treat us well when we come, and we know that they are going to treat the animals well. With regard to price, I am not sure how to compare because I have been going there for so long; I don't go anyplace else. Their pricing is reasonable. I wouldn't necessarily say that it is the cheapest, but I don't know that for sure. It's not discounted, but it's not super high either. I think they take fairly for what they do. I will always use them.

I've been going to Midwest Veterinary Hospital for probably several years now and I like their 24 hours emergency service. You can call any time day or night and one of the veterinarians would be on call. They see you in the middle of the night if they have to. They also board animals there, I haven't had any animals boarded them myself buy I've seen them caring for the dogs. I've been there in the middle of the night for an emergency, there's always been somebody there all night with the animals, not necessarily a veterinarian abut a worker to check-up so that's reassuring for me. I love those people, they're great. They take very good care of our dogs.

I have been very pleased with the services provided to my dog at Midwest. They have a good knowledge base about dogs. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Their prices are in keeping with other companies in my area.

Midwest Veterinary Hospital does a good job. I trust their experience and feel that my dog is well cared for when I'm gone. I intend to take my pet there again.
