Project started and finished on the days that were agreed to at the start.  Workmen were prompt, detail oriented and respectful of my property.  Work appeared to be of very high quality from start to finish.  There were no surprises.  I am very pleased with the service....... only wish I had done it sooner.

I found this contractor for my parents on Angie's List. My mother is disabled, and the house they just down-sized to did not have a bathroom that the wheelchair would fit into. They needed a full remodel. We selected Midwest Tile, after reviewing their work and comments. They started on the date promised, and finished on time. William, Roy, Chris, and Rick were professional, courteous, and considerate of our situation. When finished, William did a great job cleaning up! And, the bathroom looks great!

They did an okay job and it turned out alright. A crew of about 6 came out and completed the job in about 2 weeks. They were pleasant to work with. I have recommended the company to several others who say their pricing has gone up. I had no problem scheduling the remodel and they showed up on time.

The service went fine. Three technicians and out for the job. It took them a bit longer to complete the project because they had to wait on materials to be delivered. They were good people who stood behind their work. I had no problem scheduling the job.

The service was great. Two guys came out and it took them about two weeks to complete the job. They cleaned-up very good. I would say they did an outstanding job.

Professional, prompt, clean, responsive to questions and changes, workmanship was excellent. Price was inline with other quotes we received, actually slightly less. So happy to know there is someone in the area that we can use in the future and know that we will get a good value for our money.

The bathroom is beautiful, we really love it. The work crews were on time every day,were professional, and cleaned up at the end of each workday. The project supervisor was available by phone at all times and stopped by every day to see how the project was going. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent design assistance, workmanship, and punctuality. Was very pleased with results and would definitely use again.

Very professional removal and disposal of old shower, drywall, flooring, etc. Expertly installed tile floors, onyx shower with fixtures and accessories as we requested. We made a mistake and did not ask enough questions about or review the exact shower door we were to receive. Consequently, we think there might have been a different shower door arrangement that we would have better preferred. Again, our mistake, we got what we asked for and it looks good and functions as designed. We recommend these folks.

I called Midwest Tile from an internet search. I perfer having someone local, even in Moore. I called Midwest for an estimation on a shower pan. We made an appointment and the owner (Rick) came out. We discussed the options and cost. He gave me 3 options and the time-line on when they could be done. I picked the option I wanted and he said they are very busy but could work my job in. He then explained what I needed to do before they installed the Schluter-Shower System. I told him I would contact in a couple of days. I was also researching other options and costs from our companies. I called on company and they wanted $45 for a estimate which would be applied to the cost of the job. After going over the options from other companies I selected Midwest and felt good about it. We scheduled the job. A couple of days before I went up to visit they office and showroom to get some ideals. I visited with everyone in the office and they were very helpful. Midwest Tile arrived at the job site on time, ready to install. They took the time to do a excellent job and even stopped at times to show and explain to me what they were doing. At the end of the job they explained what I needed to do to install the Kerdi-Drain when I installed the tile and said if I had any questions, that I could call them anytime . The entire experience was good. They went he extra steps to make sure that I was satisfied.

Workers were very prompt. Quality was excellent overall. Experienced workers. Told me all the steps as they occured. If he had questions he would ask and not assume. They worked three days total. I was pleased with the quality of work. Probably should of spent a few minutes to go over the care of this product, that was the only suggestion I would make.
