The contractor over promised & under delivered. It took a few months to finally get the work scheduled and underway. We soon discovered they ordered the incorrect decking material. They decked most of the garage with incorrect decking before we noticed. All work stopped until they got the correct decking delivered. The crew tore up 30 % of our already existing gutter helmet, which the contractor had promised to protect carefully. They had to hire another contractor/company to replace all of the damage, which took several weeks and is still not as it was originally. They were careless and messy, leaving trash blowing around the neighborhood each day when they left the site. Their air compressor blew oil on the side of the house & flagstone which was never cleaned. We are still finding nails and uncovering debris in the yard. The guttering backed up this spring in the heavy rains and we had to remove the downspouts to clear out shingle pieces, decking wood and nails which were blocking the water flow. We could NOT recommend them.
