Bought tires at Sam's. Took in for complimentary rotate and balance...they fixed a vibration problem AND even replaced missing valve caps.

One thing I disliked was when we left the store, we noticed something was wrong. The steering was off. We drove the Honda for a few days afterwards. Finally I called a Honda dealer and described the problem. The dealer knew what was wrong by my description. I called the Sam's store and told them what the dealer said. The people at the tire center got mad and was rude and said there was no such thing. Their mechanics must not get any training. They are unprofessional. And they are unresponsive. I would use them for other things like batteries but not for tires.
