+ -1 moreI had a 30 year loan with them and I wanted them to lower my payments. Instead of lowering it or refinancing my house like they said, they put me in a modified loan. So now, instead of paying of in 30 years for 15, they put me in a 42 year loan and they didn't tell me. And the paperwork they sent me, said I was being refinanced, it is not saying about the modified loan, so they are lying with the paper work.
