I was terribly disappointed with this mortgage holder. Based on my experience with them I would never use them as a bank. It is next to impossible to talk to a human, or even contact them by email, unless you write to the Vice President who was responsive. When I did manage to talk to an individual they were rude, patronizing and just plain Ob noxious. I wold not recommend their mortgage services to anyone.

I changed my insurance to state auto, so on Aug 21st midland sent me 2 letters to update my insurance, then another letter saying that my account has lapsed, and they now want to charge me $1828.00 for a 90 day binder fee. It makes you think are greedy and wanting to get more money out of their customers, I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I have been using their service since 2008.
