It took a long time -- about 8 weeks I think -- because they are so busy, but they had been well-recommended and I was willing to wait. They did a good job (as far as I can tell) and the price isn't unreasonable, I think. Their shop is awesome, too. They also set up a grandfather clock for my mother who recently moved here. She was thrilled with their work. It was $100, which was less than she had paid to have it packed.

Took a long time to return but was advised that it would take time because of his work load, very busy. The clock ran for about 10 months and then the hand mechanism locked up, have not taken it back. They have serviced a grandfather clock, in my home, and I was very pleased with that service, on time, and very helpful in giving maintenance advice.

I called them to get a quote on repairing my clock on 3//2/13. I was told that the service person might not want to come to my house to repair the grandfather clock since it was so far. They said they would call back and let us know. They didn't call back. On 3/6/13 I went to their shop to buy parts and repair the clock myself. They ordered the parts and stated it would be a week before the parts would be in. On 3/16/13 I called to see if the parts were in. They were not in. I asked when they would be in. The individual I was talking to did not know and stated she would have someone call that knew. I never recieved a call. On 3/23/13 I went to Micheals Clock to inquire about my parts. They told me they had just ordered them because they could get a cheaper shipping rate by waiting. I again ask when my parts would be in and they said in a week. I went back on 3/30/13 to see about my parts and they told me that the company had only shipped one part. They gave me the one part and made another one for me. Not happy with this company at all.
