Metroplex Electric

Metro arrived same afternoon I called for work, and sent two qualified techs. Quick work done right, and they were kind enough to e-mail an invoice. That's trust and integrity at its finest. Will definitely use again! Thanks Metro.

They were awesome! I called in the morning around 9AM and they had someone out by noon. He was in and out in about an hour. He was able to find the problem almost immediately and worked to get an outlet replaced really quickly. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the problem and very patiently answered my questions. I would definitely with with them again.

The tech came early and was extremely efficient and knowledgeable.

Rob showed up first thing in the morning and got everything working in no time. He didn't leave a mess and was very professional. I will definitely be using them again when I am ready to have more work done around the house.

Mike, Cody and their team did a great job. The coordinated times for the estimate and installation, and were on time for both. Work was completed quickly, cleanly and for the estimate. As a bonus Cody was able to put me in touch with a great AC company. I am looking to install a generator switch over in the fall and will use there service for that.

I called Metroplex and asked for an estimate to wire my workshop. Eric was there that afternoon. He was professional and knew what he was doing. He made several recommendations that made sense and will save me money down the road. He called me the next day with an estimate and I agreed to the price. A few days later Eric arrived with a journeyman and they did the work I had requested. They were fast and efficient and did an excellent job.

Everything went great! We plan to use them again when we need more electrical work done. When we called we were able to set up an appointment for an estimate within a couple of days. Chris showed up right on time and did a great job on explaining what he was going to do and why. When Chris came back out to do the work he was even able to put the new box in without having to move the meter. We had two other companies come and give us estimates but both said they would have to move the meter and one wanted to move the overhead line to a new location and put another hole in the roof. Chris suggested we replace the outlets by the sinks and the outlet outside with the GFI outlets for safety reasons. We have had no issues with any of the work that was done and we are happy we went with them.

It all started when I went to their shop to ask them if they would tell me how to wire a switch. Bert and Jim were very helpful, but it didn't take long before I realized that I was way over my head. They came out and submitted prices. Additional work materialized but they were on the spot and stayed with the task until done. Thanks!

Our service person's name was Les and he was great. He showed up on time, worked through the morning, took a short (30 minute_ off-site lunch break and came back to complete his work later this afternoon. Les was very professional, knowledgable and was able to get all the things completed on the estimate, as well as completed a few extra repairs that we're on the initial estimate, all why keeping true to the initial estimate for work completed. Les answered all my questions and explained what he was doing as he went along. I would definitely hire Metroplex Electric again in the future!

I really liked them. They were great. They were always on time and always have everything that they need. They are just wonderful. Their price was reasonable, it was per hour. What they said it would cost was right on the mark. They were efficient with the time while they were on the clock.
