Kirstin listed my home in October, and within 10 days we had 4 different offers. She advised me, explained my options, and respected my decision on which offer to take. I had already moved out and was no longer local, so Kirstin was at the house several times a week as we moved towards closing. I had to have some repairs done, and she met people for estimates and was there when work was completed. She's a fantastic agent!
