Tile and backsplash were beautifule and well installed. The project turned out well and the instillation was very professional . We had some difficulty with tile layout initially. Also some tiles broke during transportation causing delays in completion. But, overall, we were pleased with the outcome and would use Metro Tile again.

Replaced existing tile with the hardwood tile. Also did the backsplash on whirlpool

The wood was ordered, delivered and installed on schedule by Metro Flooring. The crew that installed the flooring were very polite and showed up on time. Very happy with the installation and the wood floor looks very nice in the House. Bill kept in contact through out the job. Very nice to be able to talk to the owner of the company considering how much this job cost.

I really couldn't be any happier. Everyone always comments on how great my floor looks. Metro was willing to do everything for us, and they did a beautiful job. They came right out and got everything done in less than two weeks, and they were really great people to work with. The owner down to the workers were so amazing, because they actually cared more about people than money. I was super impressed with the level of attention and focus they paid me and my needs, and I was very pleased with the price for what we wound up with once the project was completed.

Love the floors, needed a larger crew to finish faster but they did a great job and we are really enjoying the floor.

The final product is great. However, the guys that laid the new tile were late the first day which made me late to work. They did not clean up their mess very well and smelled like smoke.

I could not be happier with my Metro Flooring experience.  After deciding we had to replace the kitchen floors, I consulted Angie's List and found that Metro Flooring had excellent reviews.  With the exception of the installation, I worked with Steve Vandrilla at all times.  He was excellent - very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  I visited the store and met with Steve. I told him what we had currently and what we were interested in doing. He came out the next day and brought samples for me to view.  No pressure for a purchase whatsoever but just extremely knowledgeable.  I decided on a product and he provided me with a quote on the spot.  He called later that day to let me know that when he entered the dimensions into the computer, the price was actually lower.  I really could not make up my mind as to When to make the purchase and Steve was fine with that. Again, he wanted to help and work within my timeline without any pressure.  I finally decided the time was right to make the purchase (we wanted to pay all up front though that was not necessarily Metro's policy - just something my husband and I wanted to do).  I paid for the flooring and Steve ordered it. Very nice Shaw pre-engineered hardwood flooring. Very beautiful.  The product shipped immediately and Steve told me just to let him know when it would be convenient to have it installed because we had several animals to work around.  I called Steve and gave him a date that would work for me and he sent a crew out on the very day requested.  They were prompt and professional and actually removed the old floor and installed the new floor all in one day!  There was one problem with the space between our travertine and the new flooring and this issue needed to be addressed.  I should mention that the problem was created by the installation crew of the travertine purchased from another store.  I had waited 2 years for a fix of that issue from the travertine installer but Steve came out that afternoon, determined what would work and ordered the appropriate piece.  It came in the next day and Metro sent an installer out that afternoon.  The entire experience was extremely pleasurable. I feel that we received our money's worth both in terms of service and product.  Should you decide to use Metro Flooring, I suggest you ask for Steve but given the reviews of other Angie's List participants, you will probably receive the same excellent service.

Ordered materials from Metro, contracted with an independent contractor for the installation.? Materials delivered to home as promised.? Several items were returned for a refund and 30 days later, I am still waiting for a refund because there 'accountant in Tennessee" is not very fast.

We had the ceramic tile and carpet removed from the utility, kitchen, living room, dining room, hall and guest bath along with some wood flooring glued to the slab in my home office. It was a continuous area and Metro's bid to do installation of our material was very reasonable for the amount of work to be done. The tile is wood-look ceramic, 6" x 36". Consultation and scheduling went well, workers were on time, leveled the slab, and did an excellent installation with minimal tile waste. The job was completed on time and came out absolutely beautiful. We plan to use them again when we update the remaining carpet in the house.

Bill was very easy to work with. He brought the samples we had requested, and when we showed him samples we had picked up at different stores, he found what he had to match.? We got the estimate based upon his crew installing, but we also got estimate for doing some of the installation ourselves.? We chose to install the wood flooring ourselves, but to have Metro Flooring install the carpet. The wood came in and our installers put it in.? It was great.? The carpet came in, but was the wrong color.? Bill immediately reordered and even though it took a while longer, it did arrive and his installer did a great job.? Our house was empty, and we were just waiting doing some refurbishment work before moving in.?Even with the delay, this worked great for us, and we were extremely pleased with Metro Flooring and their staff and crew.

They are excellent and I have used them twice. There was nothing about them I disliked. They were on time, friendly and did the floor really well. We had an issue and then they came back and fixed it.

We had some storm damage and had to have some carpet replaced in our home office. We went to Metro thinking about getting either wood or tile and they were great at explaining the advantages and disadvantages of both including cost. They were very patient with us as we took home 50 - 60 different samples over a three week period trying to find what we wanted. We finally decided to get ceramic tile that looked like wood. The installation took one day for just the office and it looks great. I would recommend them to anyone. Very nice people to work with and there prices where better then the other flooring places we had checked.
