About us
Ours is a full service estate liquidation firm in central Oklahoma. Although we’re based in Oklahoma City, we’ve conducted many hundreds of estate sales all across the state. (Take a glance at our Testimonials Page to read just a small handful of the letters of reference we’ve received from past clients far and wide.) We do nothing but prepare and conduct estate sales and write professional appraisals, so we can dedicate all our time to clients across Oklahoma and north Texas. Ours is a small firm; we keep it that way to keep our commissions competitive. We have about eight on staff, not including police officers and sheriffs whom we hire for security at our sales. We also offer professional appraisals of personal property; our owner is fully certified through ISA (the International Society of Appraisers), and is fully USPAP compliant. We are proud to maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau of Central Oklahoma.

Matt came out to evaluate a large amount of jewelry from the estate of my sisters mother in-law. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. It turned out most of the jewelry was costume or had little value. But Matt did provide suggestions of where to take the items that had value. We decided it wasn't the best option to sell the items in an estate sale and Matt didn't charge anything for the 2 hours he spent going thru the jewelry.
I would highly recommend Matt and his team if you are considering an estate sale. It was pretty oblivious that he has high ethical standards and does what is best for his clients.

We hired Matt McNeil to do an estate sale for our parents, who had moved to an assisted living facility. The estate sale exceeded all expectations. Matt McNeil is a master when it comes to reviewing, evaluating, and exhibiting the worldly possessions of a loved one. He made an impossible task possible and was pleasant and so easy to work with. His staff is the same--friendly, professional, and completely trustworthy.

Matt and his team are very very organized. They make the estate sales fun to shop because they are organized and knowledgeable about the products. They also have a holding area so that you don't have to carry your purchases around while you are still shopping.

Matt and his crew did a remarkable job. My Mother was a collector and had amassed a large amount of everything before she passed. Most people would have called her a hoarder but my Mom had excellent tastes and everything was kept very neat and clean. Matt and his crew spent 3 weeks pricing, arranging, cleaning, and displaying my Mom's collection in preparation for the estate sale. The sale ran for 4 days and was even highlighted on the local news station. Even though it rained the first day, the sale was a huge success. Matt took care of the whole process from advertising the sale to hiring a uniformed police officer, to even putting an alarm on the house before the sale. All this was paid for by Matt out of his commissions. All my brother and I had to do was sign the contract. Almost everyone who attended the sale, and also knew my Mother, commented on how nice and respectfully done the sale was. I cannot express in words on how much I appreciate the job that Matt McNeil, his crew, and McNeil Liquidations have done.
My only regret is that Matt and his crew are based in Oklahoma area and I live in Michigan. I believe 100% that if you were to need the type of services that McNeil Liquidations provide, you could not find a better company in Oklahoma or even the country.

Matt McNeil conducted the sale of my father's estate in a professional & timely manner. I can not say enough positive things about the way Matt & his crew handled every detail of the sale. I knew when I first met with Matt to discuss the sale that I had made the right decision & that my father's estate was in good hands! Matt put my concerns @ ease, his kindness, professionalism & knowledge was impressive & reassuring! Matt & his team did an excellent job staging all the items in a beautiful manner so they presented well! Matt truly takes care of every detail from pricing, advertising in 3 newspapers, 1000's of emails sent, Facebook announcements, provided a police officer @ the sale & even installed a security system. His slideshow, a display of all the items in the sale was amazing! His attention to detail by personalizing it with my father's favorite music, recognizing & showing a pic of Twelve Oaks Restaurant which my father opened 19 years ago & mentioning that his home & portion of land would be for sale in the near future was much appreciated!

If you are looking for someone to do an estate sale, McNeil Liquidations is the one for you. An estate sale can be a very daunting and stressful task but Matt and his team made it a seamless process. Matt is very professional and took us through the process from start to finish. Once we cleared out all of the items that meant the most to our family, Matt and his team went in and priced every remaining item in the house both inside and out. We live out of state and we just turned it over to him and he took care of everything and we did not have to attend the sale. We had no idea how to price the remaining items and Matts knowledge of the antique market was invaluable. He had a police officer on site and the traffic he provided with his e-mail list and website was incredible. They also did a beautiful video of many of the items as well as the house and the car. They provide all the tables and displayed everything so that it was organized and looked beautiful. There is just no way we would have had a successful sale without McNeil Liquidations. We cannot thank Matt and his team enough for helping us through this process and making it a complete success.

He worked tirelessly for over two hours and his knowledge of the items was apparent. We were completely satisfied with the services performed and would not hesitate to refer him to anyone needing an appraisal on antiques, jewelry, or anything else.

We got exactly what was expected. With the unexpected death of our Father we needed to take care of my parent’s full estate. A lifetime of memories is a real challenge for most families. You Matt and his team were very respectful of our family process and walked us thru each step in a caring manner. The firm came very highly recommend by a family friend and met all our expectations. An outstanding experience from start to finish. Matt is the only choice for estate sales in the central OK area as far as I'm concerned. He is honest, caring, detail oriented and professional to the nth degree. My father passed away this last summer and as an only child and the sole family member, it was up to me to liquidate his estate and make his home--that he had lived in for the last 50 years and also my childhood home---ready for sale. I was overwhelmed. Based on the glowing reviews on Angie's List, I decided to call Matt and I'm glad I did. He stepped in and took care of everything...and I mean everything...and it all went off like clockwork, leaving me an empty house that was ready to sell. Thanks again to Matt and to your crew. Matt McNeil did exactly what he said he would do. The sell was a success. It is not easy to liquidate a loved ones possessions but Matt made a pleasant experience happen and we would highly recommend his services. He went thru everything, staged and priced items reasonable left the house clean when it was over. We want to thank Matt for a job well done.

It was a perfect turn-key operation. When Matt walked in, he asked for us to leave and said he would handle everything; and he did. There was no money expended on our part. He took care of security, personnel, staging, pricing, permits, and everything you can imagine. A job I was dreading was turned into a most pleasant experience. I can't recommend Matt McNeil and his team more highly. They were always very friendly and professional. IMHO Matt is absolutely the best at what he does.

I am a Realtor and I sell many homes that require/need estate sales. Matt McNeil has, in every aspect of the job, performed above and beyond the call. My clients find him to be very personable, full of knowledge and, more than anything, honest. If the items in the house don't justify a sale, he will tell them. I have used his services several times now and would not consider another option.
