McGuire's Express Plumbing

They fixed the problem and found some tree roots. We have old pipes, so I was not surprised. They fixed a problem that we have been having for many years.

They were here for about an hour. I thought their price was a little high for what they did. They did what I asked them to do, which was fine. They didn’t have the part to fix one of my other toilets. Yes, I would use them again.

I called yesterday and spoke with the dispatcher who was extremely nice even though I was PANICKED. She was willing to see if she could move some people around to get my situation under control (she didn't have to. I finally calmed down long enough to realize its not the end of the world). BUt she told me they would be there at a certain time the next day and told me who my service guy was. AND they were right on time so I didn't WASTE time waiting on anyone. We had a leak in the kitchen sink of our rental house that we plan to move into. The service techs not only pinpointed the leak , but they explained to us what was causing it. Since the heat hasn't been turn on in our home yet, the pipe had frozen over. they were able to thaw it out and showed us exactly what the problem was. They offered us a solution to our problem. I asked the gentlemen if they can also take a look at our bathroom and they kindly obliged and helped show us what was going on there. I will RECOMMEND them to anyone.

Service provider was wonderful. Second time we have used Express and the service, as always is second to none.

McGuires tech called to coordinate a time when I could be home and arrived when he said he would. He coordinated having a 3rd party leak detection company come to pin point the leak location. Overall satisfied with their service.

The overall experience turned out great. All the people who worked for McGuire's Express were polite, hard workers and did a great job!

We had a frozen water pipe which later burst. They scheduled us in and were very responsive. The pipe was repaired and all was taken care of.

Our hot water tank quit on us (bad thermocouple) on a Thursday night. I called Express, to see if they could get out there that night, they said that they normally could, but one of their plumbers had a family emergency and they couldn't get there. I explained to Kenny what was going on (we were leaving early the next morning on a trip), and said I might be able to get a friend to open the house so they could fix the tank and we would have hot water upon our return. He said they would work around our friend's schedule and to call back in the morning to set a time. The next morning, while we were on the road, a plumber from McGuire’s called and asked if we still needed service, and what time our friends would be available. I told him the time they would be there, and asked that he replace an outside faucet for me as well. The plumber said that would be no problem. He showed up exactly the time promised, fixed the hot water heater, and instead of replacing the faucet, he fixed the leak, which saved me some money. I will definitely use these guys again for any plumbing issues I have - excellent service, punctual and thrifty.
