McDonald Heating & Air Conditioning

My family and I have used George McDonald for years. All of a sudden, it's become impossible to reach him. Even says that his phone number is disconnected. I'm very worried. The only thing I know to do is call 911

George McDonald is the ABSOLUTE best AC guy around. You can't find anyone more skilled OR honest than this! The ONLY heating and air company that I'd even CONSIDER using!!

They're pretty quick. We don't live that far away from each other. So normally he can come the day, if I call him early enough.

In this triple digit weather we're having my a/c started a horrific noise - sounded like a weed eater; naturally it occurred on a Friday night.  Saturday morning I started calling places, George McDonald was the only person who said he could see the a/c within a couple of hours.  He arrived early, discovered that one of the blades on the fan had cracked and started calling around for a replacement.  George found the replacement and went and got it, then discovered that the old fan had fused on the old motor and could not be removed, he gave me the option of waiting until he could get into a machine shop on Monday or buying a new motor, I bought the new motor, the fan, and some other thing that was all rusty and corroded.  I was expecting to pay more than what I did and I will call him in the Spring for a service check.  I'm so pleased with him and his service.

It went great, the response time and the repair was very fast!

As stated above, we received excellent service on a Sunday morning. Our unit is still under warranty, but Mr. McDonald didn't even charge us for the service call.
