McCullough Refrigeration's price, quality, and professionalism were excellent.

Dennis has been to our home 3 times in the last month for repairs to this A/C for our house, each problem was different. He has been courteous, patient, punctual and knowledgeable about how to do the repairs each time. I now trust this company that I didn't know before I used them through my home warranty company. This was the company who came after I demanded that First Time Heat and Air not come back to my house after they caused flooding due to their negligence and incompetence in fixing my air conditioning. McCullough did the job and there was no delays in all 3 visits, with repairs done the same day and A/C working by the time Dennis left. So, I really appreciate having a competent, responsible a/c company to call now.

Mr. McCullough personally came out and inspected our system, listening to all our concerns and addressing everything we wanted in his very thorough and complete bid. The work was scheduled within days of our approving the estimate, and he and his crew arrived exactly as scheduled. Our new system was installed in one day, and works perfectly. One problem occurred about a week after installation and involved what we thought was a water leak: Mr. McCullough came out within an hour, discovered that it was actually a clogged drain pipe (unrelated to the work he had done), snaked the pipe to get it draining, and refused to charge us for the service or the trip out.
The units installed were top of the line and very hightly reviewed. We are incredibly pleased with Mr. McCullough's work.

These folks are GREAT. Hard working, honest, and willing to sacrifice their Memorial Day Weekend to help us in a time of need! Would definitely work with them in the future!!

Dennis showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and then repaired the unit. It all took about 30 minutes from start to finish. After watching all that he had to go through, I was pleasantly pleased when he presented me with a bill for only $130.00.
