I am not very happy with them at all. They did a good job on the roof, but their punctuality was not good. I understand that with the tornado there were a lot of jobs, but their communication was not good either. Every time I heard from them, they were asking for their invoice. They never gave me a call when they said they were going to. They never followed-through. They did not see if anybody had been out to do any work. I would not recommend them to anybody. Their price was at $10,000 and it was $4,000 above the price of another service provider. What they were doing, they were doing for the price that the insurance quoted instead of giving me an estimate. That was how they were doing everything and how they were invoicing me. They did not give me an itemized invoice, and then, they write the invoice with the exact amount that the insurance was allowing. I know it could have been done more cost effectively.
